 Maks The Fox is an American alternative orchestral folk pop/rock band from Chicago, IL. Maks the Fox is: Marlon Aguilar, Kori Simonson, Jacob Fawcett, Sarah Cornish, and Rachel Schuldt.

 Doug Shotwell & The Right Hand Band bring a unique mixture of acoustic heart and contemporary folk music to the city of Chicago. Coming from different parts of the country, the group has established a unique style that blends all in its own way.

 The winter of 2013/2014 was a tough one for Chicago. Record low temperatures and a seemingly endless barrage of precipitation kept the city indoors. Amidst the cold, Chris Dever felt another more personal storm brewing. So he faced it the only way he know how: by writing.  After years away from playing music Chris wrote and recorded "A Storm Is Coming", his first EP in 5 years. It was a collection of songs that looked inward to analyze the past and try to navigate the future. Not content to sit back and let that creativity grow stagnant, he sought out Chicago's booming open mic scene to work on his performance craft and learn from other singer songwriters.  A year later, Chris is as busy as ever. His next EP, "Songs to Weather Your Storm, Vol. 1" will be released in the near future. His band, The Healthy Portion, has been putting together a live show to bring the songs from the EP to life on stage.  2014 was an exciting year, full of growth and discovery. 2015 will be a continuation of that growth, and hopefully a slew of new music to share with fans.
